The printed version of the UK Register of Expert Witnesses
is distributed free of charge to a controlled list of UK
legal firms, barristers’ chambers and trading standards offices
– in all, some 4,000
organisations. If you would like to be considered for inclusion

About our controlled distribution list
We select firms with the appropriate litigation profile for
inclusion on our controlled list.
- There is no guarantee that legal firms will remain on
the controlled list year on year.
- Listed experts may also recommend firms to receive the
book.
- Firms may propose themselves if they can justify their
placement on the list, e.g. number of litigation partners, volume
of litigation, etc.
- Those firms currently on the list undertake approximately 80%
of the litigation in the UK.
