How many Practice Directions refer to expert witnesses?
For experts working in the civil courts in England and Wales, the introduction of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) in April 1999 was a major event. For experts registered with the , this task was made easier by having access to the various information sources provided by J S Publications. CPR Viewer was just one of these.
