Responding to the Ministry of Justice’s Consultation

To respond, you can:

• take part in our survey on charging rates
• take part in our further survey on alternative cost saving options
• send us your written response
• send your written response direct to the MoJ.

If you send your response via the UK Register of Expert Witnesses, we will pass it on, untouched, to the MoJ, but will also be able to collate the responses of experts. This has the twin benefits of allowing us to report back to you on the views expressed by registered experts, and of comparing them with the MoJ’s conclusions.
