Terms and conditions
All advertisements submitted for publication in Foresight are accepted on the following terms and conditions.

  1. Subject to the conditions set down in item 3, J S Publications will endeavour to publish ads in the form and manner requested by the customer.
  2. J S Publications has an unconditional right at its sole discrection to refuse to accept any material for publication or distribution without giving any reason.
  3. J S Publications reserves the right and the customer authorises J S Publications to
    • modify or vary an ad
    • classify an ad
    • publish an ad on a different page, date or issue to that requested without notice and without giving reasons
    • not publish an ad.
  4. J S Publications will be under no liability whatever where it exercises any right, whether through error or ommission or otherwise, under item 3.
  5. Except where an ad is not published, the exercise of any right under item 3) will not remove or detract from the customer's duty to pay for the publication of the advertisement in question.
  6. Verbal bookings must be confirmed in writing. No responsibility can be accepted for any error or omission in copy received via the telephone.
  7. The customer will indemnify J S Publications and its employees and agents against all claims, actions, damages, demands, cost and expenses that may arise from the publication of an advert place by the customer.
  8. The customer warrants that the content of their advertisement complies with relevant laws and regulations and that publication of the advertisement will not give rise to any rights against or liabilities in J S Publications.
  9. These terms are the only terms that apply, and the customer will have no claim against J S Publications or its employees for any representation (written or oral) that is inconsistent with them.
  10. All advertising must be paid on booking unless credit facilities are agreed between J S Publications and the customer.
  11. A customer cancelling an advertisement after they have completed this booking form will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
