Foresight - Publication profile
... forensic insights for litigation lawyers
- Foresight will focus on forensic insights into expert evidence. It’s aim is to impart to lawyers
details of recent developments in expertise that could impact on their cases. For example, if a lawyer has a
video tape of a violent attack, how could a lipreader help? If a lawyer has a case involving alleged shaken
baby syndrome, what are the currently acceptable signs of the syndrome? If a rung on a ladder has failed,
what are the options for non-destructive testing?
- Initially, Foresight aims to contain as diverse a range of expertise as possible to maximise
appeal to the readership. However, ‘Special Issues’ are envisaged which could be sponsored by a single company.
- Foresight is sent, free of charge, to 10,000 named litigators who are senior partners, partners, consultants,
assistants or associates within UK legal practices. The distribution list is based on the controlled distribution list we use to circulate the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.
- The 16-page A4-sized newsletter is published in full colour.
- Other legal journals reckon on four readers per contact, making for this publication an estimated readership of 40,000+.
