MoJ Fee Data Collection - July 2010
The Ministry of Justice work on expert fees in publicly funded cases
If you have undertaken publicly funded work since January 2009, you could use our MoJ Fee Data Collection tool to record
actual fee data. Such data will enable us to inform the MoJ in far greater detail about the exact fees experts assign to the
different sorts of work. In that way, the MoJ will have no excuse if it fails to appreciate the level of fee scales necessary
to continue to attract experts to publicly funded work.
