I have particular experience in health and safety legislation, fatal accident investigation, manufacturing, construction, banking, education, healthcare, charity, retail and pharmaceuticals. I was a police officer for 23.5 years, 17 of those years as a sergeant. I was a custody sergeant for 7 years, then proceeded to design and deliver custody officer training which gained national recognition and awards.
