Dr Escriu leads a clinic of patients with thymoma, thymic carcinoma and mesothelioma, and contributes to the care of patients with neuroendocrine tumours of the lung. 50% of his clinical activity is dedicated to the care of patients with 'wild type' lung cancer (with a special interest in immunotherapy). His biological interest lies in the identification of predictive biomarkers of response to therapy within blood circulating extracellular vesicles.

Mr Joshi's clinical focus is minimally invasive surgery, as well as general thoracic surgical oncology. He also treats patients who require pleural surgery, thymic surgery, diaphragm palsy and hernia, chest wall tumour resection and reconstruction, lung volume reduction, airway and tracheal procedures, as well as emergency thoracic surgery, including chest wall trauma.
