Professor O'Dwyer has developed a specialist practice in surgical oncology, managing rectal cancer, colon cancer and rare gastrointestinal cancers, including neuroendocrine and anal cancers. She is a leader in peritoneal surface malignancy, treating patients with cytoreductive surgery and intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

Dr Escriu leads a clinic of patients with thymoma, thymic carcinoma and mesothelioma, and contributes to the care of patients with neuroendocrine tumours of the lung. 50% of his clinical activity is dedicated to the care of patients with 'wild type' lung cancer (with a special interest in immunotherapy). His biological interest lies in the identification of predictive biomarkers of response to therapy within blood circulating extracellular vesicles.
