David Aron has over 20 years’ experience of energy expert witness work. He has acted as an expert at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague and the World Bank Tribunal in Washington. He has been the determining expert in an energy price dispute between Australian producers and an Asian buyer. He has also been an expert at the London Court of International Arbitration and the UK High Court, as well as the International Chamber of Commerce. He is a Member of the Academy of Experts.
