Dr Iyer is an advanced cancer interventionalist who has logged more than 200 medical thoracoscopies and 400 advanced bronchoscopy procedures. He is competent to comment on all aspects of respiratory medicine, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), chronic bronchitis, emphysema, lung cancer, cystic fibrosis/bronchiectasis, pneumonia and pleural effusion.
