Mr Luther specialises in forensic investigation and accident reconstruction of road traffic collisions, motor vehicle mechanical examination, light bulb examination, accident locus inspection, and interpretation of event data recorders. Mr Luther is a former lecturer for De Montfort University's UCPD Programme in Forensic Collision Investigation and a former Senior Collision Investigator with Northumberland Police.
