I provide expert evidence related to the behaviour and/or welfare of dogs, cats and rabbits in civil and criminal cases, including in respect of the Animal Welfare Act 2006, the Animals Act 1971 and under sections 3(1) and (4) of the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991. I also assess the behaviour and welfare of school dogs, and of animals whose owners are applying to adopt or foster children, or where there are child or vulnerable adult safeguarding risks.
