All vetted experts listed in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses are independently vetted by us.

Put simply...
On receipt of an application form, we take up references from instructing solicitors and/or barristers. We ask for an opinion as to their satisfaction with the expert concerned and whether they feel able to make a recommendation to the legal profession in general about the expert. If a positive recommendation is forthcoming, the expert witness is eligible to be listed in the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.
